President & Sr. Loan Specialist | NMLS #145790 - Scott Greenlaw was born and raised in the Puget Sound Region. He attended the University of Washington, earning his degree in Political Science and Economics while playing on the National Championship Football team earning 4 varsity letters. He has worked in the mortgage and real estate industry for over 27 years. His innovative approach of creating niche markets in the mortgage industry successfully led to managing and funding over $3 billion in loan volume earning him an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Nomination twice.

Managing Member & Sr. Processor | Debra Greenlaw brings over 18 years of experience in the process of business development, improvement methodology, financial operations and strong interpersonal communication skills. She is strong in budgets, cash forecasts and business valuations. She manages and coordinates the loan packages that are sent out to our clients. She receives our packages and prepares them for processing. She is in charge of sending and receiving correspondence with clients while managing our pipelines and assisting the entire team on all levels.
